Aberdeen Lodge exceeded my expectations. The warm welcome upon arrival made me feel instantly at home. The attention to detail and personalized service were standout qualities. The owner took the time to personally greet each guest, providing a true sense of a family-run hotel. The cozy drawing room, where I enjoyed a cup of tea while checking in, added to the homely atmosphere. The location, although not in the center of Dublin, was easily accessible thanks to the helpful staff who provided information on local transport options. The convenience of the nearby train and bus links made getting around easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the breakfast was not only delicious but also catered perfectly to my gluten intolerance.

We loved that we could easily explore both the busy city and the relaxing surroundings. The breakfast options were amazing, with delicious granola, fresh fruits, and a cooked breakfast made to order.

The room could have used extra bedclothes, especially on the second night. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

We stayed in a lovely lodge in a residential area close to the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We also loved the proximity to the Sydney Parade DART station, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly. They provided us with maps and lots of local knowledge to make the most of our stay. The coffee and tea service was excellent, and we loved having that extra touch of hospitality. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the ferry port and the DART system for trips into the city.

One small downside was the condition of the curtains in our room. They were tattered and the lining had been cut out, a bit disappointing.

I appreciated the attention to detail and the really good service provided throughout my stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation links and attractions. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with options to choose from. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as worn decor pillows and a loose side of the tub, the overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely consider staying at Aberdeen Lodge again when I visit Dublin in the future. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Sandymount.

The staff members were incredibly hospitable, always ready to meet my needs and provide helpful advice on local activities. The room was cleaned daily and included several amenities such as an in-room safe, electric kettle, and free toiletries. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful garden furniture on offer where I could just unwind and relax during my stay. Lastly, the on-site restaurant provided a delicious breakfast with various options to choose from.
